Q. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

A. We are not accepting any returns/exchanges at this time.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please ensure that your shipping address, size/item purchased & contact information is correct before checking out. We cannot make any changes to your order once it has been processed for shipping UNLESS soon as the mistake happen you email us ASAP, We appreciate you and thank you for shopping with us! 

Q. How and when will I receive my tracking number?

A. Tracking information is emailed to the exact email address entered on the order form on the day of shipment. You will not receive a tracking number as soon as your order is placed.

 Q. How long does shipping take?

A. Processing takes 2-5 business days not including holidays. Shipping takes 2-5 business days not including holidays. *During sales and promotions, please allow a few business business days due to many orders being placed. 

 Q. How do I change or cancel my order?

A. ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS your product was received damaged. If you have received a damage or incorrect item, please email us at [email protected]

Q. My package shows delivered, but I did not receive my package. Can I have a refund?

A. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact USPS to inquire about your package. If necessary, you may file a claim with them as all packages are insured. Please track movement of package with provided shipping information. 

 Q. I entered my address incorrectly, may I receive a refund?

A. If you provided an incorrect address at checkout, a refund will not be granted. Email us at [email protected]  asap to get it changed. When placing an order, please ensure that your address is correct. This includes your name, street name, apartment number, or suite number.

 Q. What method is used for shipping?

A. All orders are shipped via USPS. 

 Q. I made a purchase and forgot to insert my coupon/discount code, can it be applied now?

 A. We apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, we cannot alter an order once it has been submitted due to all sales being final. Please ensure that you double check that your order is correct before completing the checkout process. 

 Q. I made a purchase before the sale, can the sale's price be applied to my order?

 A. Purchases made prior to any sale will not be adjusted for the sale's price.
 
Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes, international shipping can take between 7-15 business days.
